Roadmap
That Why MaskDAO article referenced a Roadmap, wen and what will be on it?
The roadmap will be out approximately 7–10 days after the $MSK claim period ends. It will contain a reasonable cadence detailing problem statement, goals, timing and a simple quality over quantity approach.
$NCT Implementation In Other NFT Projects
HM Official Community Manager Pajke has been tweeting about how $NCT could be used by other projects to add naming capability. What’s up with that?
The Implementing NCT In An NFT Project manual has been picked up by Faceless Avatars. This fine MaskDAO dev is on deck to help make it happen. Serial entrepreneur, art collector and blockchain enthusiast Farao has been in touch about naming for his upcoming project too. Internally, community member Majorart has also expressed interest in naming for future projects. More on that later.

What about some help for those of us without a team; can we get some help?
The dev cavalry is engaged on other fronts at the moment but word has been received. It’s technically feasible to develop a GUI platform on-ramp for all NFT art forms (visual, audio, literary — you name it) but no promises on if/when the Holy Grail of Implementation will surface.
Flush The FUD
Hashmasks MVP Mantaroth raised the Twitter FUD issue on Discord. What’s the plan to rebut it?
There are two pieces of FUD floating in the Twitter space that deserve a flush.
(1) The Founders are anon.
No. They’re pseudo anon. The Hashmasks were produced by Suum Cuique Labs GmbH, a registered company in Switzerland. They have lawyers telling them what can, can’t and probably shouldn’t be done. People using this FUD to promote their own agenda conveniently omit these facts.
Also, consider Banksy and the use of pen names in literature. When art comments about social ills (as The Hashmasks do) it’s nice to have a level of anonymity. Anonymity doesn’t make art less valuable.
(2) Hashmasks invented the FOMO ramp.
No, again. The bonding price curve was invented (2017) and used (Aavegotchi) before the first Hashmask was minted. Even if the bonding curve kept one away from investing in January it’s hard to explain why that matters now.
